Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided through GetYourCA.in, including tax filing, registration services, compliance packages, and advisory consultations.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once our Chartered Accountant team has started working on your case:

  • Up to 25% completed: 75% refund of the service fee.
  • 25% to 50% completed: 50% refund of the service fee.
  • Over 50% completed: No refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Government fees paid on your behalf (e.g., GST registration fees, MCA fees).
  • Third-party costs (e.g., Digital Signature Certificate charges).
  • Consultation fees once the consultation has been conducted.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, email us at connect@getyourca.in with your order details.
